Taxi operators having registered office in Odisha can submit their request online to advertise their organization in the web portal www.ecotourodisha.com to provide Taxi Rental Service to the visitors to our various Ecotour Destinations. The Taxi Operator is required to pay the initial processing fees of Rs.3540/- for Advertisement valid for one year and for subsequent year Rs. 3540/- if they want to advertise beyond the initial one year period. Please note that making online request for advertisement in the portal do not give any right to the applicant to publish their name in the portal. Publication of name of the Taxi operator is subject to the scrutiny of the application by the OFDC and at its sole discretion. In case during the scrutiny process, it is found by the OFDC that any information found by the applicant is not true or credential of the Taxi operator do not match with the requirement of the OFDC, then OFDC will not accept the advertisement request and in such event whole processing money deposited by the Taxi operator will be refunded. If subsequent to publication and during the period of activation of advertisement, it is found/reported any deficiency of service by the taxi operator, OFDC keeps its right reserved to withdraw the advertisement and in such case there will be no refund of processing fee. The online request submission Process is a 2 Step Approach as mentioned below :
Step 1
In this step prospective Taxi Operators are required to fill the online form and have to deposit a Non-Refundable Processing fee of Rs.3540/- through Online Payment Gateway. On successful payment of processing fee through portal, separate OTP will be forwarded to the Email and Mobile Number. Using the OTP, prospective Taxi Operator can complete rest of the Advertisement request form. Verification of Mobile Number and Email are also done at the 1st step through OTP. Please note that, if a Prospective Taxi Operator failed to complete the step-2 of Advertisement request form process within 15 (FIFTEEN) days after completion of Step 1 with online payment, application will be cancelled automatically and if he wants to apply thereafter he has to make fresh Advertisement request with payment.
Step 2
Prospective Taxi Operator has to upload the supportive Documents related to Year of Experience in Taxi Service, Membership details of any Taxi Operator Association in Odisha/ India, Scanned Copy of Tariff Details under the Letter head of the Taxi Operator, Details of vehicles, Supporting document related to communication address (Telephone Bill/Electricity Bill and Id Proof of Contact Person (i.e. Aadhar Card, PAN Card etc.). On acceptance of Terms and Conditions, the prospective TAXI OPERATOR can proceed to the next step. After Completion of the online request in this process by the TAXI OPERATOR, OFDC will verify the credential of the applicant through its field formation or through any third party as may be appointed by it for the purpose. If all information submitted is found true and the credential of the applicant taxi operator is matched with the requirement of OFDC then advertisement will be published in the portal and Auto Message will be forwarded to Email and Mobile Number of the Taxi Operator regarding Activation of the Advertisement. The list of Taxi Operators with their Tariff Chart will be Advertised in the Portal, so that visitors can avail taxi service from these Taxi Operators. Initial Advertisement request is valid for a period of One Year from the date of Activation of the Taxi Operators Account. Taxi Operators are required to pay Rs. 3540/- for subsequent period of One year.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Submission of online Application for the purpose of Advertising the taxi operators does not impose any pre-conditions on OFDC to publish the same in relevant pages of the website. Publication of advertisement is the sole discretion of OFDC.
2. Publication of Advertisement Request will be renewed every year at such fees as may be prevalent during the time of renewal and also on the basis of feed back obtained from the serving visitors if any.
3. Publication of name of the Taxi operator is subject to the scrutiny of the application by the OFDC and at its sole discretion. In case during the scrutiny process, it is found by the OFDC that any information submitted by the applicant is not true or credential of the Taxi operator do not match with the requirement of the OFDC, then OFDC will not accept the advertisement request and in such event whole processing money deposited by the Taxi operator will be refunded.
4. If subsequent to publication and during the period of activation of advertisement, it is found/reported any deficiency of service by the taxi operator, OFDC keeps its right reserved to withdraw the advertisement and in such case there will be no refund of processing fee.
5. OFDC can approve advertisement request of more number of Taxi Operators either in the same area where applicant Taxi Operator is carrying on this activity or any other area for the purpose of providing Taxi Service Providers information to the online visitors.
6. OFDC will be at liberty to take action to terminate the advertisement request service if the Taxi Operator commits fraudulent practices.
7. Advertisement is liable for termination at any point of time without assigning any reason by the OFDC.
