Odisha Forest Development Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as OFDC LTD) is a Public sector Undertaking of the Forest & Environment Department of Government of Odisha, India. OFDC Ltd has been appointed as the Nodal Agency to promote Ecotourism in the state of Odisha, India and to provide one stop solution to the visitors for this purpose. Accordingly OFDC Ltd has developed a system for advance booking of Accommodation facilities and Entry Permits through Internet. The Web site for online booking is www. ecotourodisha.com. Booking procedures are simple and user friendly.
The Services offered by OFDC Ltd (as defined below) through this website can only be used by Customers who have first read these General Terms and Conditions and accepted them unconditionally by clicking on the appropriate box provided for the purpose. It is not possible to proceed for booking process without this acceptance. Customers undertake to fulfil the obligations contained within these terms and conditions. Customers should save and/or print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference when making a booking.

It is the Customer's responsibility to familiarise himself/herself with the Suppliers' Rules and Restrictions. The specific Rules and Restrictions of Suppliers can be re-viewed here. Specific Accommodation Supplier Rules and Restrictions are provided prior to making a booking.
The General Terms and Conditions can be changed by OFDC Ltd, at any time without prior notice, although such changes will not apply to bookings that have already been accepted by OFDC Ltd, on behalf of the Supplier(s) concerned. It is therefore essential that the Customer reads saves and/or prints a copy of the General Terms and Conditions at the time the booking is placed, in order to be aware of the provisions in force.
3. License to use website
Unless otherwise stated, OFDC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. The Website helps the Customer to find travel products for promoting ecotourism at various tourist destinations in the State of Odisha, India and to make necessary reservations, and acts as an interface in the transactions involved with the Suppliers. The Customer must be at least 18 years old, be legally authorised to enter into contractual obligations, have the requisite consent or authority to act for or on behalf of any persons included in a booking and must use the Website in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the Website Terms of Use.The Customer is responsible for his / her activities on the Website (financially or otherwise), including the possible use of his / her user name and password. The Customer guarantees that the information entered by him / her on the Website in relation to him / her and, if applicable, his / her travelling companions is accurate.
8. Limitations of liability
The Customer accepts that where OFDC Ltd acts as an interface between the Customer and the Suppliers, OFDC Ltd will under no circumstances be held liable with respect to Services the Customer has booked with one or more Suppliers. OFDC Ltd is not liable if and insofar as the Customer is able to claim for damages under an insurance policy such as travel and/or holiday cancellation insurance. The information displayed on this Website has been provided by the respective Suppliers, and OFDC Ltd does not accept any liability for any inaccuracies. Customers must ensure that they verify all information given before booking
OFDC will not be liable (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
or to the extent that the website is provided free-of-charge, for any direct loss;
or for any indirect, special or consequential loss;

10. Lapsing of Liability and Limitation Complaints Period and maximum admissible claim amount.
Claims for dishonouring the contract should be submitted within 30 days of the contractually-scheduled period of visit. In that case, contact support@ecotourodisha.com .Claims should be made in writing, in Customer's own interest. The limitation period begins on the day on which the trip should end, based on the contract. The Claim amount is limited to the total invoice amount raised by the OFDC for the transaction taken place successfully in its website.
11. Reasonableness
By using this website, you agree that the exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this website disclaimer are reasonable.
If you do not think they are reasonable, you must not use this website.
12. Other parties
You accept that, as a limited liability entity, OFDC has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against OFDC'’s officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website.

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of India that are applicable to the State of Odisha, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
