Nice peaceful as well as comfortable stay

Food was very tasty....nd the staffs are very friendly and they provided us very good hospitality.

I with my better-half had a Memorable & Pleasant Stay in the cottage at Mandasaru Valley Nature Camp from 26.08.2023 (Noon) to 27.08.2023 (8.30 AM). We enjoyed the hospitality and the food in the camp. Staff were courteous and polite. Previously I had been to Ooty & Munnar. Mundasaru in my home state is also unique, from the point of view of Piece & Traquility & Serenity. My best wishes to all, who have made my journey a success.

Mandasur is most beautiful place. But there are working ledies those really good and nice bihevior. Actually those are beautiful. And food is so yummy and testi. Really beautiful and exlent.

The stay at Mandasaru valley nature camp was very relaxing. The camp is located at the lap of nature giving immense pleasure and relaxing environment from city life. All the staffs of mandasaru valley nature camp were so well behaved and lovely. They provided food of our choice and served us with homemade and delicious food. I would really recommend everyone to come and detox yourself from city rush life and get digitally detox at Mandasaru.

Nice stay very much enjoyable,staff are also very good,

First, speaking about the location, we had covered almost whole of Mandasaru and Daringbadi, I think the best location is where the resort is situated. superb view of valley (sunrise and sunset) can be enjoyed staying here.
Secondly, resort area is fully covered with trees, playing area for kids making the resort natural and solitary can be enjoyed through out the day.
Third, Rooms are big and clean with necessary amenities like hot water etc are available 24 Hrs.Someone may not get luxury equivalent to star rated hotel, we enjoyed to the fullest.
Talking about food, serving the food in plate and bowl made of leaves gives very much natural feeling. I will say food quality is good but not superb, however some varieties may be added in evening snacks (where we got only pakodas and Tea) and dinner (we had to opt for veg as we had taken non-veg during lunch).
Talking about staff behavior, i do not have any complain about the same, rather, I have to appreciate that they had tried to fulfill our expectations.
Overall, enjoyed stay at the resort and recommend every visitor heading towards Daringbadi should move 30 Kms (appx) further to enjoy the excellence of nature at this resort.

Sir,
I had booked one cottage and i watch tower for the members of my family from 27/12/19-28/12/19 at Mandasuru. I reached the nature camp at about 3P.M.
I was under the impression that i will be getting lunch at Mandasuru for that i had not got my lunch during journey. But to surprise no body enquired about lunch. There was no person available in the kitchen. i had to wait for about an hour to get the keys for the wooden cottage and watch tower room.The wooden cottage was impressive but the watch tower room was not a place to stay. At 6 30 P.M. when i could meet your caretaker of the camp Shri Binod and asked why the watch tower room is so bad , he replied that i should not have booked the same. Such a irresponsible person.I decided not to stay in the watch tower room and requested him to provide me an extra cot in lieu so that 3 persons can adjust in the bed and myself slept in the extra cot. i felt a Govt Department (O.F.D.C.) has deceived me of Rs 2400. 
The women who are running the kitchen in not equipped to handle 8 guests at a time and that i realised in the next morning. Inspite of reminding them that i will check out by 8.30 A.M i got morning tea at 7.50 A.M and the breakfast at 10.A.M. The beauty of the silent valley was marred by the in efficiency of the staff of nature camp.
i would request you to do a surprise inspection of the nature camp to know the actual state of happening otherwise it will become a tourist hostile centre in no time.
i hope my criticism should be taken as a means of future developement to provide better services to tourists.
