Refund And Cancellation Conditions :

⭐ In case, the tickets are being cancelled by the ecotour cell due to any unforeseen event, full amount will be refunded to the visitor.

⭐ Cancellation of booking can only be done through the portal by the visitors.

⭐ Cancellation of booking is allowed maximum upto 1:00 PM of the day before the journey date.

⭐ Rs. 200/- will be deducted towards cancellation charge.(Additionally,any Payment Gateway Transaction Charge if deducted is Non-refundable.)

⭐ In Case of Cancellation, the amount due to be refunded will be refunded to the visitors account within a period of 7 to 15 Days from the Date of Cancellation.
