AGENT REGISTRATION PROCESS

Tour and Travel operators and persons operating in the tourism industries having valid GSTIN in their name for the tour operator service can submit the request form to be our BOOKING AGENT for an initial period of one year on payment of Registration fee of Rs.1180/- and subsequently on payment of renewal fee of Rs.590/- per year. The Registration Process is a 2 Step Approach as mentioned below:

Step 1: In this step applicant is required to fill the below online form and is required to submit scanned copy of GST Registration Certificate for Tour Operator Service and PAN Card and has to deposit a Non-Refundable Registration fee of Rs.1180/- through Online Payment Gateway. On successful payment of Registration fee through portal, a Temporary Login Id and password will be generated and will be sent to the supplied email, which will be valid for 7 days for completion of rest of the registration process. Verification of Mobile Number and Email are also done at this step through OTP. Please note that, if an applicant failed to complete the registration process within 7 (SEVEN) days after completion of Step 1 with online payment, he has to make fresh registration request again with payment of application money.

Step 2: Prospective agent has to upload the supportive Documents related to Year of Experience in Tourism Industry, Empanelment Details with Tourism Organizations, Annual Turnover, Tourist Vehicle Details to be Available for Ecotour Odisha Destinations, Tour Guide Details to be Available for Ecotour Odisha Destinations, Supporting document related to communication address and Id Proof of Contact Person. On acceptance of Terms and Conditions, the prospective agent can proceed to the next step. No need to give attachment for Annual Turnover and Year of Experience in Tourism Industry who are having a Startup Company.

Registration of Applicant as Booking Agent of OFDC is subject to the scrutiny of the application by the OFDC and at its sole discretion. Payment of Registration fees or submission of documents do not gives any right to the applicant to be a registered Booking Agent of OFDC. In case during the scrutiny process, it is found by the OFDC that any information found by the applicant is not true or credential of the applicant do not match with the requirement of the OFDC, then registration will not be done and in such event whole application money deposited by the applicant will be refunded. On activation, AGENT ID and Password will be forwarded to the email of registered agent, using which agent can Book for our Accommodations through the Portal. Initial registration is valid for a period of One Year from the date of Activation of the Agent Account. Agents are required to renew the Account every year on online payment of Rs. 590/- from the agent control panel.
